Kali ini, Organisasi Nasional yang berpusat di Jakarta, yakni Dewan Pengurus Pusat Himpunan Ekonomi Bisnis Pesantren Indonesia (Hebitren) undang Bupati Barru Ir. H. Suardi Saleh M.Si menjadi Keynote Speech via Daring di kegiatan sakralnya pada Musyawarah Kerja Nasional (Mukernas) II Hebitren Indonesia, Rabu (27/10/2021).

 

Bupati Suardi Saleh yang didaulat membawakan materi presentasi pengelolaan zakat khususnya Sinergi dalam pengembangan ekonomi berhasil memenuhi harapan publik Nasional.

 

“Misi yang ditetapkan dan yang terkait dengan keagamaan adalah Mewujudkan masyarakat yang berakhlak mulia yang  menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai agama, Misi ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan kehidupan masyarakat yang tenteram, tertib dan berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai agama,” sebut Suardi Saleh via Zoom Meeting dalam mendetailkan misi RPJMD pemerintahannya.

 

Ia dengan kharismatik memulai dengan selayang pandang Kabupaten Barru serta visi pembangunan daerah kemudian melanjutkan paparannya, mulai dari program keagamaan yang masuk dalam fasilitasi bina mental spritual dengan dukungan kebijakan dan regulasi hingga upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial,berbasis manfaat zakat yang dijabarkan dengan apik.

 

“Pada Tahun 2017 Pemerintah Kabupaten Barru menetapkan Perda Nomor 9 Tahun 2017 tentang Pengelolaan Zakat sebagai revisi terhadap Perda Zakat sebelumnya,” sebutnya sembari menyebutkan dukungan pemerintah daerah dengan beberapa regulasi dan kebijakan teknis yang mengatur kewajiban ASN Muslim dalam pemotongan zakat 2,5 persen menjadi poin utama.

 

Bupati Suardi Saleh secara teknis dan terukur menyampaikan bagaimana kolaborasi stakeholder, inovasi Baznas Barru, metode pengumpulan zakat serta akumulasi penerimaan Baznas Barru yang meningkat dari tahun ke tahun.

 

“Tahun 2017 sebesar Rp. 10.227.280.812, Tahun 2018 sebesar Rp. 14.135.785.058, Tahun 2019 sebesar Rp. 18.083.432.025, Tahun 2020 sebesar Rp. 23.501.475.516, Rata-rata pertumbuhan zakat setiap tahun mencapai 24,18 % ,” urai Kepala Daerah yang telah menerima Penghargaan Baznas Award sebagai Tokoh Pertumbuhan Zakat di Tahun 2020.

 

Peranan Zakat di Kabupaten Barru sendiri antara lain menjembatani kesenjangan sosial, bangkitkan ekonomi kerakyatan, penanggulangan kemiskinan, serta mengembangkan sumber pendanaan kesejahteraan umat di luar APBD dan APBN.

 

“Kepercayaan masyarakat kepada pengelola Zakat,, Kepercayaan ini muncul karena adanya transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan zakat,, Dampak langsung dari pendistribusian zakat yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat,” kunci Suardi Saleh dalam memberikan rahasia Kedua sukses pengelolaan zakat selain dukungan penuh Pemerintah Daerah.

 

Mukernas Hebitren ini sendiri bertema Akselerasi Kemandirian Pesantren

dan Sinergi Bangkitkan Indonesia sebagai Sentra Ekonomi Keuangan Syariah Dunia.
